"New To This Earth"

As I travel this life

With the LORD at my side

It brings comfort to me

That He is my guide

Through the thick and the thin,

And each sin I commit

He is there with the answer

The one He sees fit

I used to question His wisdom

And I'd question His power,

Yes I'd question the LORD,

Even though I knew better.

I was wrong, this I know,

I was drifting away

From the one who had loved me,

No matter the day.

But that was before,

Before a rebirth,

One that renewed me,

Made me new to this earth.

Now I'm whole deep within,

Completely in love,

With my LORD in the heavens,

Jesus Christ from above.
