Oh, dear sheep of earth walk your way
Let the world be your shepherd
Let the world lead the way

Oh, dear sheep huddle close and be still
As the world begins to unfold
As the world becomes ill

Oh, dear sheep this you must understand
The world will lead you
Where you never can stand

Oh, dear sheep of the earth listen close
For what the world says not
The Lord, He will boast

Oh, dear sheep venture far from your pasture
And enter into the gate
Where our Lord is the master

Oh, dear sheep won't you please join our flock
A flock where the Shepherd
Looks on like a hawk

Oh, dear sheep come and enter this gate
And graze with the righteous
While in this pasture we wait
