"In Him I Do Confide"
Dare I say I've been away,
From my Father way too long.
Might I say I've gone astray.
What I thought was right, was wrong.
Yes, I say to all these things,
Since my Lord has lit the way.
My eyes now open and heart as well,
The darkest night, now day.
So without my God was nothingness,
A voyage without a guide.
But now my path is righteousness,
Because in Him I do confide.
